UNCOMMON KNOWLEDGE: While in the hospital facing the amputation of his second foot (he had already lost one as a child), Henley befriended author Robert Louis Stevenson, and they collaborated on a few plays. Henley is actually the basis for Stevenson’s famous character Long John Silver from the novel Treasure Island.

This blog is but a small escape for a law student. At any minute I anticipate realizing I would rather spend my life at sea and run off to become a pirate.
In an ideal world, I want to work out west in Jackson Hole, WY, so I can contribute to wildlife protection and work on my hobby of photography, with any luck becoming the next Tom Mangelson. Then, in my off time, go to Atlantic Beach, NC for a seaside getaway. Ahh, that would be the life!
