Happy Halloween
I had a fun and fang-tastic Halloween! Vampire wine and Tru Blood cocktails? Yum!!! The vamp popularity was in full swing tonight it seems. Now to settle in with my honey and rest with some of Ghost Hunters’ best. :)

Sharks are dangerous and should be given the respect they deserve; but they are also vastly misunderstood. At the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago trainers have taught the sharks to come when called, do a few tricks, and show how some species are even affectionate.
HELP! P90X or Blast 900?
There is a program just up the street from me called Blast 900, in one hour you can burn 900 calories from a combination of weights and cardio that constantly changes throughout the hour. From reviews, it’s a fun workout that really pushes you.
Then there is P90X. Maybe you’ve seen the ads on TV? It’s a butt busting 90 day workout where you do all kinds of crazy intense...

I just made up my own recipe for a seasonal Pumpkin White Russian. While I hate mostly everything I put in it, it’s still quite yummy.
1oz Vodka .5oz pumpkin liqueur .5oz Kaluha .5oz butterscotch schnapps 2oz cream
add ice, shake, stir pour into glass rimmed with cinnamon sugar.
it’s even a pretty orange cream color!
